This recipe is a great way to add a personal and creative touch to snack time.
These chips are so easy to make! I never buy bags of chips anymore – this recipe saves me money and helps control my snacking portions!
All you need is a bag of corn tortillas, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. And your favorite salsa or guacamole recipe, of course!
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
- Slice your tortillas into four pieces (like chips!).
- Lay the pieces out evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper & cayenne pepper.
- Bake for 7 minutes, flip & bake for an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately with your favorite salsa or guacamole. Enjoy & share!!
